The cold snap is set to return as weather forcasts suggest a severe drop in temperature tonight. According to the Met Office arctic air is said to reach the south of the country by evening, and suffolk should 'be prepared,' just like the rest of the country. There is indeed a risk of snow tonight and the rest of the week, moving in to next week too.
