The sunny weather in Stow meant it was hotter in town than parts of Spain – and the good news it’s set to get hotter towards the weekend.
The warm October spell was given a South American touch with a pan pipe busker booming out cover versions in the centre of town, while the delights from the continental market tempted young and old alike.
Friday and Saturday should see similar temperatures as East Anglia bathes in a final warm spell – enjoy it while you can as by Sunday, more typical October weather should be with us.
How are you spending this warm weekend in Stowmarket?

Im so glad you got a picture of this guy because I was listening to him all afternoon as I work in a shop on the highstreet. It was music to my ears! He was really good, and everyone would stop to listen. Was tempted to buy his cd.. love pan pipes.
Bring on the sunshine!
