    EMA has recently been axed and now Suffolk County Council have announced that there Explore card scheme will be coming to an abrupt end at the end of March.     A survey carried out by the AA on good and attractive neighbourhoods has named the area covered by the IP postcode, which includes Stowmarket, as one of the best three places in Britain.
