There has been a lot of discussion about bad drivers on Stowmarketpeople.co.uk lately, but this story in the Bury Free Press truly made my jaw drop.

A 26 year-old motor cyclist was caught speeding at 107 MPH on a dual carriage way in Stowmarket.
He was only banned from driving for 56 days!
How can this be a deterrent to other bad drivers speeding around Stowmarket?
What do you think can be done to sort out the problem?
