As an OAP I purchased an extremely large 17” screen laptop, upon opening it I frightened myself completely. I looked up some PC help and came up with Keith Flynn, and asked for his help, he arrived at my flat the following day (Saturday), and it is an experience I will carry for a long time, he was in no doubt as to my predicament, and installed everything I needed, explained how to use my newly acquired product, and upon his leaving I felt totally confident. Excellent Service
I contacted Suffolk home pc support after seeing an advert in the stowmarket magazine and after suffering months of frustration with my PC not booting up or crashing in the middle of using it. I had been advised by previous PC professionals that there was no problem even though there clearly was. Keith arranged to come and look at the PC on a Sunday a very convenient time for me. He arrived on time and inspected the PC and advised he needed to take it away to investigate the problem further he said he would be in touch and return the PC as soon as possible as it is used for my business, much to my surprise and delight within 3 hours (on a Sunday) it was fixed and delivered back to me for only £45 with lots of useful advice on how to keep it performing well and up to speed. I was amazed to receive such fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Suffolk home PC support if you have any problems or need advice.
